Social Media in Education

Social media is used for a variety of different purposes. More students are using social media as a way to communicate with others and search for pieces of information. Instructors can implement the use of social media to create an engaging environment for learning. Fostering a sense of community, and being able to easily share what is happening in classrooms by sharing updates on platforms can be a useful tool to stay connected with parents as well.
